    Enjoy a peaceful, convenient family camp experience at Baylor Park. The campground at Baylor Park has many large shade trees that provide protection from sun and wind while creating a natural camping environment. Located in the rural agricultural setting of western Carver County, Baylor Park campgrounds are within an hour and a half drive of much of the metropolitan area. Fifty campsites, thirty-five of which have water and electrical hookups, have been developed. Shower and restroom facilities are conveniently located for visitor use. While in the park, enjoy the other park facilities including, playgrounds, beach, walking trails, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, beach facilities, paddle boats, ball diamond, play equipment and picnic shelters.

    This popular park features a swimming beach, a reservable shelter, a picnic area, 1.2 miles of hiking trail, a sand volleyball court, horseshoes, modern restrooms, a group camp, a fishing pier, and a creative play area.

    Restrooms and shelters are open May through September, and a caretaker is on duty during these months.

    Fees are charged to reserve the shelter and for use of the group camp.

    This lakeside park of 308 acres has a 49-unit overnight campground.  Forty sites have electric hookups, and the campground has a modern shower and restroom facility. Other features include group camp facilities, a picnic area with shelter and toilets, a swimming beach, a creative play area, five miles of ski/hike trails, a winter sledding hill, a sanitary dump station, a fishing pier, a fishing cleaning facility, a sand volleyball, a basketball court, horseshoes, and a boat launch.

    Fees are charged for camping ($25/night electric site, $16/ night non-electric site, plus a $5 reservation fee) and for boat launch ($3 for non-campers).  Camping is open from late April through September, and there is an on-site manager for six months from mid-April to mid-October.

    Lake Koronis Regional Park, jointly owned by Meeker and Stearns Counties, is a 62-acre site. The park was established in the years between 1971-1976.

    Lake Koronis Park has a swimming beach, boat launch, picnic shelter with cooking facilities, nature trail, open-air shelters, playground, observation tower, and campground.

    Lake Koronis Regional Park offers public camping from May 1st through October 1st. The sites are private, wooded sites, and each contains a picnic table and fire pit. The playground and shower facility is located in the center of the campground. Call 320.276.8843 for reservations.

    17 Backpack Sites – These are remote, secluded campsites overlooking lakes and ponds. You will have about a 1 mile walk to the campsites from the parking area.

    Group Camp – 2 Sites – Each accommodates up to 50 people. Sites are rustic with vault toilets and water available. Tents only.

    3 Camper Cabins – Cabins are located 1/2 mile to 1 mile from parking area. You must walk in to these locations. Each cabin sleeps 6 and are available year-round. Cabins have wood stove heat but no electricity. Vault toilet nearby. No pets allowed. Reservations are required.

    The tent side of the campground is not available during Relay For Life, July 31 – Aug 1. All campground sites (full hook-up and tent side) are closed during Jaycee Water Carnival, June 9-15, and RiverSong, July 17-July 20.

    2014 Rates: $25/night for RV’s, $20/night for pop-up and tent sites. Check out is 12:00 p.m. daily.

    Located just off Highway 7 West, along the scenic Crow River, the campground has 12 full hook-ups (water, sewer, electrical), 10 trailer pop-up sites, and 25 primitive tent sites.

    Sites are on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no seasonal camping.

    Park amenities: shelter, full restrooms with showers, boat landing and dock, playground equipment, volleyball and basketball courts, wildlife sanctuary, and the Luce Line Trail.

    Eight camping spots are available on the south side of Oak Leaf Park. Electricity is available in some spots, but water, sewer and fire rings are not. Tent camping is prohibited. Campers self-pay on-site, $15.00 per night.  Grill areas are available in the park. Camping is first come, first serve. Reservations are not accepted.

    Fees are charged for camping ($25/night electric site plus a $5 reservation fee), for use of the boat launch ($3 for non-campers), and for reserving the shelter. The park is open late Arpil through September with an on-site manager from mid-April to mid-October.
